Birney & Nancy Boyd, Philippines

Birney and Nancy teach at Faith Academy in Davao City, on the island of Mindanao in the Philippines. Nancy is teaching 1st grade while Birney teaches high school art, drama and journalism. Please pray: for Nancy’s students, children of missionaries, as they are away from their parents; and for ways they can witness and reach out to the Filipino people. Birney and Nancy are passionately committed to the team concept of Bible translation as a means of opening doors to more effective evangelism, church planting and discipleship. They are charter members of Maranatha Bible Church and were the first members of the church sent out as missionaries.
