Bill is a surgeon at Kapsowar Hospital in an area of over 200,000 people. Laura raises funds to help improve the education of orphans in their area.
Bill is seeing more and more patients who are coming for reconstructive surgery, from those with burn contractures, to patients with cleft lips and palates, to those with traumatic injuries. Many of these patients have few resources and options for care. The hospital continues to try and find ways to help the patients and their families to meet their needs. Please pray that they will have adequate funds to assist these very impoverished patients and that they will have real wisdom in discerning who needs help most with the limited resources available.

Please pray for the nation and people of Kenya who have experienced a lot of unrest and violence recently. Pray for a peaceful and righteous resolution to the situation. Pray for God’s intervention and that His will will be done there. Also pray for the people of Kenya whose lives have been so violently disrupted. Thank you for your prayers.
